The abbreviation VIL-VCU stands for Safety for Intermediates and Managers, Safety and Health Checklist for Temporary Employment Organizations. As such, the certification is specifically aimed at staffing organizations that supply personnel to organizations that must meet VCA standards and work in the following fields:
- Construction
- Mechanical engineering
- Civil engineering
- Technical services
- Electrical engineering
- Process control
- And others.
The VIL-VCU program in short

What subjects are covered by the VIL-VCU diploma?
The European legislation and regulations in the field of safety are dealt with extensively during an VIL-VCU course. You also gain knowledge of the company emergency plan, the VCA company certificate and about the organization of toolbox meetings. In addition, the following subjects are also dealt with:
- Important aspects of the law in the field of safety
- Environmental laws related to the different fields of work
- How to encourage safe working
- Working conditions
- Ergonomics
- Procedures and work permits
- Task and risk analysis.
- Personal Protection Equipment ( PPE )
- Dealing with hazardous substances
The exam
The exam will take place at the end of the day. The exam can be done in more than 20 different languages. Our price includes a resit if neccessary. For the B-VCA you have 60 minutes to answer 40 multiple-choice questions. The passing grade for the exam is 65%.
When you successfully pass the exam, you will receive a digital certificate and a VCA card. This certificate is valid for 10 years.
